Giveaway | A Perfect Blood by Kim Harrison

We all have our favourite authors whose next novel we greedily anticipate. One of mine is Kim Harrison whose Rachel Morgan/Hollows series is a yardstick by which I measure all other urban fantasy.  A Perfect Blood, Kim's tenth book in the series releases in 10 days on February 21st. I love to share and courtesy of HarperCollins Canada, I have a copy of the book to giveaway to a lucky reader. I've had an ARC in my hands for awhile now and will have my review posted later next week. Fans will not be disappointed.   1. I am SO excited for this book!! I DEVOURED the last one ("Pale Demon") in a day, and the wait has been agony for "A Perfect Blood." Thanks for the opportunity to win a copy!

    1. Kim Harrison says the end is in sight for the series (13 books I believe). It will be sad to see the end but what a terrific rum it's been.

  3. This has been a great series. I've enjoyed each book - and contrary to most, didn't mind when what's his name was killed off. :)

    In fact, I first picked up the "pilot" book because of the title, Dead Witch Walking while I was in between the then interesting Anita Black novels. What a difference between series...but that's a whole 'nother story. :)

    1. I believe that was Kisten. I personally always thought that Rachel and Ivy should end up together. Rachel still has to figure out how to save Ivy's soul when she dies her first death. Early Laurell K. Hamilton and the Rachel Morgan series are the reason I am such a big supporter of urban fantasy.

  5. I love this series. I just realized I didn't read the last book. I'll have to pull it up on my reader soon!

    1. Thanks Jackie. It's good to be back. Won't be maintaining the frantic pace of the past though. I thought the book was a page turner as always. Exciting that you can get a signed copy :) Enjoy the event.
