- Tiah who said... Great vlog! Thanks Mark for clearing up that welfare thing. I thought it was a little mean of you when I read that part, but now that you explained it, I totally understand what you are getting at.Good luck with the series, I hope they keep it up. Its nice to see something different out there. :o)
- GB (formerly JD) who said... Great vlog, Mark. I tend not to watch them, but you and Nicole Peeler are my exceptions. Because I'm cheap, I've not bought Happy Hour yet and the mass market pb is not available for purchase in Oz until May, but it's been on my wish list for a while. For reading, I'd recommend Neil Gaiman. While not his absolute best, 'Neverwhere' is a quick read and will whet your appetite for more.
- Selestial who said... Stalking you from Twitter again. Anyway, that's a really hard question for me. Within what I read, your books are the only ones that fill that particular gore/humor niche. I adore Richelle Mead's books, but they are neither gory or funny (they have little bits of both, but those aren't the top words that come to mind). Kelley Armstrong is another favorite of mine, but like Richelle's work, the gore and humor comes in little pieces. There are books that are really wrong that I laugh *at* them, but I don't think that's what you were going for. So, I'm not much help, but I am really happy to see You (and Amanda) getting so much support around the web.
