I have always been fascinated with Viking warriors from between 800 and 1000 AD.

I've always secretly wanted to live in the medieval times and be a knight. Plus the code of chivalry has always interested me.

I tweeted too. (Excuse me...) @seaksstamp
ReplyDeleteI've always loved medieval times...the calvary...the knights...the chivalry. If I had to choose a warrior, that would be it.
ReplyDeletejasmyn9[at]hotmail[dot]com
I love all kinds of warriors, but I'd have to say a Medieval warrior. (Funny that it was already said twice hehe). Medieval times in general are so fascinating to me. I love learning new history on medieval times.

The Medieval history fascinates me so, if I were to be a warrior, then I definitely choose medieval knights.
ReplyDeleteI would want to be a witch warrior in the times of Vikings. Does that even exist. But be a women though. I want people to know when I'm around and do as I say. ...or else. What a trip that would be.

Hi Doug!
ReplyDeleteI would be a Warrior Princess, Light Fae, fighting where and when I was needed, flying throughout time. Can't you just see the royal battle armaments? LOL I have a vivid imagination.

I would have to say a medieval warrior too. Maybe a member of the Knights Templar.
ReplyDeletekarenwitkowski AT aol(dot)com
Alternate reality of Xena Warrior Princess or an Amazon.
ReplyDeleteVWinship at aol dot com
As long as I don't have to cut off my breast, I'm going to go with Amazon warrior (not sure of the time). I bet I'd be good with a bow.

Does it have to be from our world? If so, I think I would like to be a warrior during the days of Ramses to see what it was really like.
ReplyDeleteFrom a fantasy world, I would love to be a mage-warrior, like one from Raymond Feist' world. It would be incredible.

I would love to be a ninja. I would get to wear all black which is a very forgiving color. My enemies would never hear or see me coming until it was to late.
ReplyDeletetiahmichelle@gmail.com
I'd be some sort of stealthy warrior. Maybe some sort of assassin in the old days and a sniper in more modern or future times.
ReplyDeleteI've been a follower of your blog for ages!
I think I'd like to be a warrior from the medieval times as well. The history of that time is so interesting.
ReplyDeletelynnflagler(at)yahoo(dot)com
I have been reading about early visitors to China many years ago and I think a book about a warrior with Marco Polo when he visited would make for very interesting reading.

I have loved the medieval times. So, I think I would love to be a warrior in this time. What kind of warrior? I was thinking with my mind but I would really love to be able to us knives or daggers, since swords would probably be to heavy for me at this time.
ReplyDeletehayden392@comcast.net
I'm currently obsessed with the Knights Templar.. so I'd love to be a part of that so I could learn all of their secrets. I want to know what they were doing! After the big arrest on Friday the 13th.. there were very few documents and records left, and none of their treasures and finds from crusades. The History nut in me needs to know what happened!!!
ReplyDeleteThanks!

I would definately be some sort of ninja assassin in ancient China. Wait, ninja and assassin are kind of the same thing. Oh, well.
ReplyDeleteAnthologies are AWESOME! There's got to be something that everyone can enjoy inside the cover.

I would like to be an arcane warrior, like in Dragon Age: Origins.

I'm going to go with a Roman legionary so that after the fighting, I could be settled on some land in North Africa where the soil was black and the weather was balmy.
ReplyDeletestephdraven(at)gmail.com
Also, I tweeted it!
ReplyDeleteA highland warrior in the 1500's. all that plaid. :)
ReplyDeleteWarriors during Crusades!
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of being an Amazon as I like my boobs and the women empowerment involved :) Not sure about the time though.
ReplyDeleteThanks,

I'd want to be a Dúnedain Ranger, since they're sort of peacekeepers instead of aggressive warriors, but they're all the same very brave and skilled. Or one of the Rohirrim, because of the horses. :P

I'd be a spartan warrior because they rock! And yes, I know my argument is lame :)

If I could choose my warrior I would pick a Highland warrior, but if I had to choose what kind of warrior I would like to be, I would like to be a Xena kind of Amazon: powerful, independent respected warrior woman :-)
ReplyDeletestella.exlibris@gmail.com
I'd either want to be Conan the Barbarian - all muscle and no brains...
ReplyDeleteOr
Legolas from Lord of the Rings, with his bad-ass skills and elf-like beauty.
I mentioned your review Doug on my Friday news post, but I messed up and neglected to mention this giveaway. Darn.
If I could pick to be any type of warriors..it would definitely have to be a Ninja warrior from the 14th or 15th century. There's just something good about being bad.
ReplyDeletevision.nguyen AT gmail DOT com
I would like to be a medieval knight (Not very original, I know), maybe in the time of king Arthur - I'm very curious what the guy was like.
ReplyDeleteI made a post on Dutch social network site Hyves, you can view it at http://sci-fi-and-fantasy.hyves.nl/forum/4218102/VUKB/Win_een_exemplaar_van_Warriors/
