Cover Art - "Spells of the City" edited by Martin H. Greenberg & Jean Rabe

Spells of the City is an anthology edited by Martin H. Greenberg & Jean Rabe, one of the editors (Greenberg) that is also bringing us the destined for cult status Zombie Raccoons and Killer Bunnies which is also forthcoming. Anton Strout (Dead To Me) on the League for Reluctant Adults blog says his story - "is a contemporary fantasy story called "Stannis", a weepy little tale about a young girl in the city and the centuries old gargoyle sworn to watch over her family." No word on the other contributors, the book releases in January 2010. The cover blurb says it is "18 original tales about the magic that lurks at the heart of big cities."

  1. I like this a lot. Thank you for sharing. I'm always looking for upcycles like this. In the end, you don't know it was a shipping pallet to begin with!
